Team Registrations: Please register online using the form below for your team. To complete your registration you can pay online (entire team please) by clicking here and choosing team registration or by mailing a check for $400 to The Northport Promise, PO Box 292, Northport MI 49670. Your registration is complete when we receive your payment.
On the day of the event you can pay for mulligans at the golf course.
Dinner Reservatiions: If you have non-golfers joining you for dinner please provide their names and pay for their meals when you register and pay your registration.
